Hands Free Activation Issue: Galaxy S9+ from AT&T So I have a used Galaxy S9+ that is from AT&T that I have been able to swap onto my account, I have the Boost SIMOLW506TQ (I have tried 2, with a 3rd on the way), and everything looks good on the swap.

STEP 1. GETTING STARTED

1Tap on Apps icon as shown below.
2Tap on Settings icon and then tap on Controls as shown below.

STEP 2. ENABLING HANDS-FREE MODE

3Tap on Hands-free mode as shown below.
4Enable the Hands-free mode by Dragging the switch towards right.
5Now, Hands-free mode Usage information will appear tap on OK after reading it. Hands-free mode is now enabled.

  1. If powered off, press and hold the Power button until the Samsung Galaxy S8 / S8+ screen appears then release.
  2. Select the appropriate language then tap the right arrow icon.
  3. To continue, review the 'Terms and Conditions', screen then tap Next.
  4. From the 'Phone Activation' screen, tap Next.
    If prompted, enter the account PIN then follow the onscreen prompts (see Account PIN FAQs for additional info).
    If activating a new phone, ensure the old phone is powered off.
  5. From the 'Bring your old data for quicker setup' screen, select the preferred option then tap Next.
  6. From the 'Set up Wi-Fi' screen, select a network then enter the password.
    If you choose 'Skip', you can add Wi-Fi networks after setup is complete.
  7. Sign in to your existing Google™ account or create a new one.
    If you choose to 'Skip', you can add your existing account after setup is complete.
  8. From the 'Google services' screen, select any of the following to turn on or off then tap Accept.
  9. From the 'Protect your phone' screen, tap an option.
    If you choose 'Not now', you can add a screen lock or set up face, Iris™ or fingerprint recognition after setup is complete.
  10. From the 'Verizon Cloud' screen, tap Next.
    If you choose 'Skip', you can set up Verizon Cloud after setup is complete.
  11. From the 'Email setup' screen, select an email account type then enter your sign-in info.
    If you choose 'Skip', you can add an email account after setup is complete.
  12. From the 'Sign in to your Samsung account' screen, sign in to your existing account or create a new Samsung account.
    If you choose 'Skip', you can add a Samsung account after setup is complete.
  13. From the 'Setup Wizard is complete' screen, tap Done.
